When you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.

When you visit the website, our hosting provider processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. This is needed to deliver the website and protect it from abuse.

How we use it

We use your information because it is in our legitimate interests to respond to schools that ask to speak to us, and because it is needed to take steps you have asked for before entering into a contract with us. We do not use it for automated decision-making.

Cookies

The website does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If we add any, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers that run our website, email and calendar, who process it on our behalf:

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they use safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep booking details and our emails with you for as long as we need them to talk to you about working together. If you become a client, we keep them for as long as we work together and afterwards for as long as we need to for legal and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:

To use any of these rights, email info@gradeadigital.co.uk. We will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
